Suggest Treatment For Skin Sores
My son was electrocuted almost 4 years ago he keeps getting these sore we think are spider bites but they just keep coming up last one was almost to the bone on his finger now this one is on his arm he was burnt 27% of his upper body wiyh 14 thousand volts and fell 30 feet

Hi.
As per your case history of burns, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid soap or any antiseptic lotion like Dettol on that part.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
