Suggest Treatment For Skin Tag After Hemorrhoid Removal Surgery

Hi, How are you tonight I am writing because I had a hemrhoid removal surgery and after the surgery I had a large skin tag that formed, was present for about 4 days. I made an appointment with the surgeon to remove that skin tag. I shouldn t have done that because when the swelling went down, the skin I believe went back to how it was, and I have been having painful bowel movements ever since. My sphincter is ok, but there is not enough skin there. What can I do to restore the anal ring, can I have a surgery to add skin to the anal opening

External hemorroid recurrence is most commonly recurence.
Do some diet modifications like. ...

Avoid spicy foods.
Avoid constipation problem by taking high fiber foods.
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Stool softner can use.

Avoid excessive straining at toilet.
Avoid alcohol drinking.
