Hi and welcome to HCM
Firstly, skin lightening creams like skinlite must be used only with proper dermatologist advise. they are not safe to use for more than 2-3 months.
They are especially not safe to use in daytime and go out in the sun. This can cause rashes and sun burn like reaction on your skin and cause more scars.
Secondly, keep in mind that there is no instant tan removal. It takes time for tan to disappear. It is more important to prevent tan as much as possible with regular sunscreen. As long as you are exposed to sun, your skin will tan a little.
Use a good sunscreen everyday whenever you step out, over all exposed skin. Re apply every 4-5 hours. SPF of 30 is good.
If your skin has no rashes or redness at present, use a milder lightening cream like kojivit on the dark areas. On the body you can use a lightening lotion like Nivea . Dermadew LITE soap for bath. Facewashes with AHAs will help pigmentation.
Other procedures you can try like chemical peels, Lasers etc after consulting dermatologist. You can start this treatment as advised , but follow up regularly with a dermatologist before continuing any new treatment.
