#Sex:Male          #Age:56 I had a mild stroke .After it my tongue gets stuck while talking.My speech has become unclear .Also I can’t control pressure of urine.Eachtime I pee few drops in my pants before going to toilet. 1. I have no diabetes 2. My blood pressure is in normal state Doctor told to do MRI.Here I’m uploading MRI report. :::MRI Report::: #Carotid Arterial System: Both CCA and the ICA are mildly tortuous .Mild intimal thickening is seen in the both carotid arterial system with hypoechoic lipid intraluminal plaques in mid both CCA Color flow mapping shows focal filling defect in the above- mentioned segment .No definite calcific plaque is noted . #Vertebral arteries: Vertebral arteries of both sides show normal flow and spectral pattern. #IMPRESSION: 1.Mild atherosclerotic change in both carotid arterial systems. 2.Mild stenosis of mid RCCA(29-32%) and mid LCCA. 3.Both the CCA and ICA are mildly tortuous. 4.Blood flow appears normal in both vertebral arteries.

since you have speech problm and urine incontinence in both muscle stimulation therapy wil work good along that you need to do few exercises
for Speech: roll your tongue inside mouth and rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise in whole mouth touching your both sides of inside cheeks
: put ice in ur mouth and rotate it in whole mouth
: try to speak out "om "word and vowels (a,e,i,o,u)
: speak slowly
: do deep breathing excercise like inhaling from nose and exhaling out from mouth be sure while exhaling your lips should be like as if you are whistling.
For urinary incontinence you need to do pelvic floor exercises mark it no breath control in this excercise
: lie straight on your back and squeeze your buttocks and hold for 10 counts and relax and repeat for 10 times. Initially you need to hold and relax rhythmically and slowly you will hold for 10 counts for 8-10 times and do 3 sets
: avoid drinking alcohol and smoking
: have good food in your diet
: reduce weight if you are heavy
: walk alot
