Suggest Treatment For Small Black Spots Inside The Mouth

Sir, my mom is suffering from a very strange disese. Some big black spots have developed inside her mouth(Lower part of tounge, inner part of cheeks). She cant feel the taste of salt. Bitter is too much butter for her. We have concerned many doctors but they couldn t tell us, what was that. Please help.

Read your query as far as black spot inside mouth is concerned this can be due to melanosis or lesion like lichenoid reaction or lichen planus . For this I will suggest you to consult good oral surgeon for clinical examination and get proper diagnosis . Inmeantime do warm saline gargle . You can apply ointment like triamicinolone acetonide . You can take medicine like Lycored and Vitamin supplements by consulting with local doctor .
