Suggest Treatment For Small Black Spots On The Face Of A Child
Hi My son is 6 years old and he is having Black small dots on his face . A week earlier he was not having the small dots, Now it seems it s getting permanent.Kindly advise Why he is getting such black spots and how to prevent it from appearing on the face.Thanks.
Understanding your concern. As per your query your child have small black spots on the face which is very common because of clogged pores due to which dead skin and bacteria gets entrapped in them and started causing blockage. I would suggest you to wash face with face wash containing salicylic acid twice a day. You should apply cream containing azelaic acid. You should exfoliate your face twice a week specially with non comedogenic exfoliant. If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper checkup and to rule out any underlying disease . Doctor may prescribe antibiotic clindamycin or isotretinoin. You can go for chemical peeling, microabrasion and dermaabrasion as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
