Hi I have small blister like sours on my hands that change into small sours that last for a couple of weeks or so. then another will appear and the whole things just keeps reaccurring. they are now spreading up my arms and on my lips. I have never had a cold sour and it doesn t really look like one. I am diabetic.
Dear you seem to be having bacterial infection of the skin which is bothering you so much due to the diabetes. I would request you to have your diabetic status assessed without delay and control that if required. Rest of the things will fall in place eventually but taking at least local antibiotics is something that you can immediately start. in future, you will be better if you keep your sugar levels in check and maintain good hygiene, a little more than what you have been doing earlier.
