General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of tonsillectomy 8 days ago.
You took some painkillers and there are blisters all over the tongue and there is swelling all over the mouth and the tongue.

The probable reasons are;
- Either there is a reaction to any of the drugs and causing the problems or
- There can be presence of Oral thrush.
Your ENT will diagnose this well and you will get treated appropriately.
- Take plenty of oral fluids. Do not allow the dehydration to occur.
