Suggest Treatment For Small Brown Spots On The Hands And Neck

I have lots of small brown spots on both my hands and a larger spot on my neck that looks like a bruise, but isn t. Patches on hands are a bit dry, but not itchy. They both appeared overnight. I am 26, generally healthy. I recently went swimming in the ocean but have made no other changes to my life. Help?

Avoid going out directly in sun.Use high spf sunsreen over your hands and neck every 3-4 hours during the day and a good moisturizer at night. Also use momatasone cream over the spots twice daily. I think this will help you but if the lesions dont improve within 10- 14 days then go a skin specialist.
