Suggest Treatment For Small Bump On The Outside Of My Lower Left Gum

Hi,

I have a small bump on the outside of my lower left gums. I am 25 and have used chewing tobacco on and off for 3 years. It is not painful unless pressed on. I also habitually lick this spot with my tongue. I have an appointment with the dentist next week. I notice this about a week ago.
