Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps In Labia Majora

I have small, raised, skin colored bumps on the inside of my labia majora (about two on the left, five on the right). They re painless (even when pressure is applied), it doesn t look like any of them have heads , they re also all in or near hair follicles. I am not in pain, or am in any discomfort (other than mental anxiety). But I ve have had them for almost 10 days now. They haven t grown bigger or multiplied. From the images I ve seen on the web they don t look like warts or blisters. What are these and how do I get rid of them? I am sexually active and use protection only sometimes.
