Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Penis Shaft

hello I have noticed a few bumps above the shaft of my penis and one on them. they are not big or hurt itch in anyway. i dont know if they are ingrown hairs or a std. which it should not be i was tested a few years back and had nothing plus i have been with the same girlfriend for over 3 years. i am nervous of what it is. i did try and squeeze on then it turned red probably because i was pushing to hard. i can upload a pic if you need.

If you already did a panel of sexually transmitted diseases test, if it is not sexually transmitted infection, it can be due to rash due to dry sex or bacterial infection. Share a picture for confirmation.
