Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps On The Vagina During 33 Weeks Of Pregnancy

I am 33 weeks pregnant since 20 weeks I am noticing bumps, not painful, no pus, no blood, non-wart-like, no vaginal odor, no itching or discomfort of any kind.... I tested negative for hpv and herpes at beginning of pregnancy, and have never had an std. These bumps start small, grow larger over about a 2 week period and then slowly start to go down and disappear after a total of about 4 weeks. Some shorter. I never have more then 3 at a time. They are located on the labia minora, the top part, close to the actual skin of the lips but on the pink part.

hello,
these could be molluscum lesions with central umbilication , usually grow over the genital vulval area, grow over next 2-3 weeks and disappear naturally by 4 weeks. You may get a swab culture done to confirm the diagnosis.
Regards
