Suggest Treatment For Small Bumps Under The Skin On Neck And Scalp

My daughter is working in the forest this summer. She is out for a week at a time, getting dirty and sweaty all day with no place to shower until the weekend. She is getting small bumps under her skin on her neck and scalp. She says they are hard and really tender and the one behind her ear aches. the bumps on her neck she can kind of move but the the others on her skull she cannot move. They are barely visually noticeable, they are small and under the skin.
