Suggest Treatment For Small Hard Lump On Foot

I dropped a bottle of shampoo on my foot a few weeks ago while i was in the shower. I just noticed a few days ago that I have a small, hard lump on my foot where I believe the bottle hit me. It doesn't hurt and the lump isn't visible... I just can feel it when I touch it. When i touch it, the lump wiggles around under my fingers

Hi,Dear,
Thanks for the query to HCM. I studied your problem in depth and I understood your concerns.
Treatment-
In my opinion your foot swelling is a synovial thickening of the tendon with fibrosis at hit site.
This would resolve with hot fomentation /Voltaren gel locally / for 10 days time.
If it still remains and is worrying you consult ER Surgeon / or Ortho-Surgeon for further needful treatment.Leave it to ER Surgeon who would treat it accordingly for that lump.
If it grows in size consult ER Surgeon.So consult your doctor and don't worry.
So don't build up wrong concepts and create more psychic complications in you which would increase risks and costs to you, but just ask a query to HCM and be comfortable to resolve your health issues.
