Suggest Treatment For Small Hit Of Head

my 5 year old fell off the monkey bars and hit her head on the soft ground. a child said they saw her eyes roll the back of her head, but she popped up quick and said she was fine. she does that when she gets nervous after being hurt. do i have to be concerned, and if so, what about.

Hello and welcome to health care magic.
In most of the cases, small head trauma to young children will not produce any significant injury because of the plasticity of fetal skull. The ideal way to treat your child is to take her to a neurologist or pediatrician and let him examine her vitals and pupils. She will be kept for 24 hours observation for any seizure or vomiting or loss of consciousness. If any of them are present a CT scan of head is taken. Otherwise she will be discharged after 24 hours.
