Suggest Treatment For Small Intestine Erosion And Swollen Pancreatic Duct

I am having nausea aEGD and was advised I have erosion of the small intestinesnd diarrhea for 5 months and have lost 1bs lbs. I had an erosion of the small intestines, and swelling of the pancreatic duct according to an EGD. How can this be treated?

Small intestinal erosions most through EGD will erosive duodenitis amd regarding pancreatic duct it cant be commented any how treatment remains very simple like diet modification like eating less spicy and oily food ,avoid smoking and alcohol consumption. HAVE proper sleep and less of stress .With all the above measures you can take tab nexpro 40 mg once a day before break fast daily for atleast 1 month .
