Hi, I am Jerome. I have been having this problem for about two years now. I do have many small-small bumps filled with water either at the neck of my penis, upper or lower buttocks. Many of them in the same place and are painless. They itch at the first instance but the itching disappear as soon as they are broken and the water let out. They turn into a wound and heal immediately without delay. I also feel burning sensation on my skin from buttocks down to my legs and inner west pain whenever they appear. I have been to different hospitals and no one seems to diagnose the cause. Can someone help me pls. What could this be and what is the solution. Worth to mention is that my wife doesn t complain of any issue.
