Suggest Treatment For Small Itchy Red Bumps On The Arm

My 17 year old son told me today about a rash or grouping of red bumps on the inside of his left upper arm. He denies that they itch and any other symptoms. He was scuba diving in Honduras over the Easter break with his dad and believes that he was stung by a jellyfish in the same area. I am a little concerned

Can you post the photographs. Inbetween take antihistaminics n apply topical steroids for soothing. it will take time to go. next time apply insect repellant on body.
