Dear
Your description closely fits that of dermographism in which there is a tendency of skin to show wheals and slightly raised warm swelling along the line of scratch. It can be managed with appropriate dose of anti allergic medicines given at intervals according to the needs of the patient. It should settle but can come up again. some people tend to have this condition as it is part of the nature of their skin. You should keep anti allergics like cetirizine handy and use them on SOS basis. just relax and do the needful. you will be better with the suggestions given above.
