Hello, and I hope I can help you today.
It is impossible to know for sure what condition you have, but from your description I am suspicious that you may have a
skin infection with something called
Molluscum Contagiosum. You can look up pictures of it via the following links:

Molluscum can be present on any area of the body. The organism that causes Molluscum is found in lakes and rivers, so children can pick up the disease outdoors and they get the infection frequently on their faces and mouths. In adults, when it appears in the genital region it can be sexually transmitted. The bumps typically look like fleshy
moles with a divet in the center, and if you express one (like popping a pimple) it is filled with a white cheesy substance.
The treatment for Molluscum is to have the bumps burned or frozen off, or treated with a self-applied product like
Imiquimod or podophillin. These medications are prescription and need to be given by a doctor after a diagnosis is made. Be careful touching and shaving the area as you can spread the bumps to other areas of the body.
The bumps will also go away on their own if you pop them (not advisable, it can cause infection) or may just disappear after a few months. They are not harmful but they are contagious. If you have a sexual partner, he may have some bumps too and may just not realize it.
Other causes of painless bumps in the genital area are syphillis, genital
warts, and ordinary nevi (moles). A GYN will be able to tell the difference for you and prescribe you the proper treatment.
I hope I was able to answer your question today and that my advice was helpful.
Best wishes,
Dr. Brown
