Suggest Treatment For Small Red Bumps All Over The Body

My son has a rash on his whole body from face to arms, upper to lower front side to uppervback lower back side neck private area as well. Bright Red slightly raised bumps so far not itch doesn t even notice or care pays no attention to it.found out he s got eczema

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have small red bumps all over the body . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like angiomas , acne , allergic , eczema , psoriasis and scabies . It can also occur due to side effect of some medicine . I would suggest you to maintain proper hygiene , take anti histamine like bendryl and avoid applying any cosmetic , apply only petroleum jelly . Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order skin test or allergy test along with blood test . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with antibiotics and anti inflammatory and corticosteroid ointment .
