Dermatologist 's  Response
According to the history,it seems to be melasma,a multifactorial skin condition, commonly seen in females, most common after 1st pregnancy.but also seen in perimenopausal age.so strict photo protection is the treatment. Also have to use some demelanising agent..I will also suggest go for regular chemical peeling, but of course after consulting dermatologist only.
