Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On Penile Head

My ex has the small red lesions on the tip of his penis they come out 3 at a time. He says they don t burn Ich or hurt, I got test back in January 2015 and the said I was clean from all the test that were taken . His first break out was around October of 2014 and he occasionally gets them .y only thought is herpes,yet I don t have herpes what could this be?

It could be either due to aggressive intercourse or some fungal infection. You cab start antifungal medications with advice.
