Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On The Back , Buttock And Breast

Hi, I have noticed lately red, flat dots on my bum, back and breasts. I have also noticed my breasts are pinkish with several teeny purple veins if I look very closely. My cup size is an H and I ve always been overweight and taking Yasmin for several years though I went off it last year and started again 6 months ago. I m not sure if any of this has to do with the pill. I m 32 and don t think I m pregnant as when I had sex 4 times in the last 3 months, it was protected with the pill and condoms. I m extremely paranoid I have a inflammatory breast cancer, though my breasts are only light pink and not bruised, dark red etc. I will go see a doctor tomorrow but any insight would ease my mind

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of small red spots on the back, buttock and breast which could be due to blockage of sebaceous glands as back has rich number of sebaceous glands. It could be due to contact dermatitis and hair follicle infection by bacteria leading to folliculitis. Need not to worry. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. If symptoms keep son persisting you should go for patch test as well. You should rinse the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice a day. Take a course of Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid twice a day for 5 days. Apply topical antibiotic cream such as neosporin 2% on it. take a course of antibiotic Tablet.
