Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On The Face

Hello I have two tiny red dots on my face .One of them stings periodically but in particularly they flair up in the sun. I do wear high factor on my face but I am still very conscious of them. Would laser treatment be beneficial? And would it scar much ? Thanks

Upon receiving more information from you, i will guide you about the next step. In the meantime avoid exposure and apply some antibiotic cream as these might get infected due to environmental exposure and repeated touching. Please take care
