Suggest Treatment For Small White Bumps On The Penis

hi my name is Tyquan, and I been having this problem for as long as I can remember. I don't know if the deep gashes came from getting uncircumcised when I was younger but I don't remember them being there. I have not had any sexual partners at all!! but when I was young I did not have the most clean life. from these gashes I have had black heads under the gashes and when I pop them white stuff comes out. and I also have white little bumps underneath the shaft of the penis. is there anyway you guys can help me. I been to the doctors and they just look like its complete normal. this is not normal and I can fill it. I went to the hospital to see if its any infection, they took my urinal sample and now im waiting. but these gashes are a worry for me.
