Suggest Treatment For Smelly Discharge When Using Suppository

I have over used suppositories the last 7 weeks.....now I m getting pressure inside my bottom and there is a smelly discharge coming from my bottom when I try and poo. only small amounts come out but the pain is inside my bottom not around my anus. I feel like I keep wanting to go to the toilet but nothing comes out....... .what can this be

You might Hv developed an infection after repeatedly using suppositories and developed an abscess that is causing a smelly discharge. Consult yr local surgeon get a local examination done and get it removed.
