Suggest Treatment For Soft Bump On Forearm

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I fell on my wrist last night and it is very painful I can only move it in certain directions. I have a soft bump on my muscle on my forearm which is also starting to bruise. Jus wondered if I should worry about that

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have history of trauma. You may have hematoma formation. You should go for x ray local area to rule out any bone fracture. If you don't have fracture then no need to worry. Just take analgesic plus anti inflammatory drugs. Your swelling will subside within few days. Ice massage will also help. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
