I had unpotected sex and then i got my period 2 days after as soon as my period ended my clitoris became very sore and itchy, when i use the restroom and wipe it hurts and is very sensitive, i also urinate alot, and i have a small amount of white milky discharge, and a little slight itchy in my vagina also, what could this be?
