Suggest Treatment For Sore Arms And Legs
I m asking for my Granda....he is 87 and very active and healthy but has has sore arms and legs the last month, he has been on steroids the last couple of weeks and couldnt sleep last night due to severe pain in his bicep, there was a large lump and today severe deep bruising. He has since had 2 funny turns one when sitting where he has not been responsove for 7minutes and has no memory of what has happened

He needs to see a doctor about these non-responsive spells and the bicep lump right away.
As far as your question about the arm and leg pain, make sure he is drinking plenty of water and taking a mulitivitamin daily. He needs to be doing some gentle exercises with his arms and leg and stretching daily as well. If pain is not resolving he may need to see a physical therapist.
