Suggest Treatment For Sore Elbow After Hitting At Desk
I hit my elbow on my desk at work. it was a pretty hard blow about 3 weeks ago i still cannot lean on a specific spot on the elbow and soar to touch. no swelling or brusing does throb into hand occassionally. when i touch the elbow I feel a dent in a specific spot then feeling around the elbow i get sharp pain

Please get your X-ray done, give hot fomentation, apply diclofenac gel, take over the counter painkillers, and if X-ray is normal than take physiotherapy.
