Suggest Treatment For Sore Face And Painful Fingers Post Injury

Recently fell in the bath tub, sudden increase in temperature caught me off guard. Upon falling, my left cheek bone (not hip) hit the side of the tub walling. Other than a couple fingers and some skin on my face are sore, are there anything I should be concerned of? I have noticed a popping sound when I try to open my mouth, such as a yawn. My g/f mentioned she could hear it pop. I have had the popping before, but not this loud or easily. I weigh 130-135lbs, 5 8 , 24 years old.

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you got injury to your cheek bone, Fingers and some skin over the face. You are worried about popping sound heard while moving you jaw which you normally also heard. There is nothing to worry about. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. It seems to be soft tissue injury which will gradually heal in due course of time. Vitamin B and C will help in recovery. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
