Suggest Treatment For Sore Pimple Like Growth Under The Eye

I had a mole under my right eye, then about a month ago it sweled up very large like a really big pimple but it has no discharge and is very sore. I have been putting neosporen on it but it does not seem to help. You cannot even tell there was a mole there now. What is going on?

your description closely matches that of a secondary infection having developed in the lesion. The best course would be to use topical and systemic antibiotics till the swelling and soreness disappear. Following that, arrange to get it removed and also request that a biopsy be conducted on the excised part. Avoid getting it removed by Rf or laser because in that case the removed part will not be available for histo pathology or biopsy and any malignancy would not be possible to be ruled out.
