Suggest Treatment For Sore Pimple On Testicle

hi, i have a small tender spot on my right testicle, its sore to the touch and it feels like a small pimple, there is no sign of swelling or redness, i am 40 years old and a bit worried in case it is cancer. i felt a slight ache in it a few days ago but when i had a shower the pain went, when i forget about it i dont feel any pain but when i touch it it becomes uncomfortable for a while. Thanks.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of a small pimple on the testicle that pain on touch. The pain went off on shower but the touch makes the testicle uncomfortable.
I would think of this to be some inflammatory process going on.
I would advise you the following:
Get an ultrasonography and color doppler examination and clinical evaluation so that the exact diagnosis can be done.
If there is s positive finding, get an MRI to confirm and get operated if indicated.
