Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Burning Sensation In The Stomach?

Should I go to the hospital for severe burning internal stomach pains? I have already had a appendectomy, and have felt ill for the past 4 days, my symptoms include sore throat, stomach cramps, chest pain, and bloating. My daughter had similar symptoms, except for the stomach pains, and I took her to the doctor and her pediatrician said it was just a virus. My pain is very severe and started 3 days ago and progressed to get worse, so given the circumstance should I go to the hospital? Thank you.

Dear-you can have a lot of gastric reflux which is producing irritation of the throat and the stomach cramps with chest pain.It might be related to severe gastritis, duodenitis or esophagitis. It is important to consult your doctor for treatment to control acid production. Sometimes you will require an endoscopy to evaluate the walls of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum and to take samples for Helicobacter pylori.
