About one day ago I smoked hookah for the first time, I had never smoked anything else in my life before this and I just wanted to try it. For some reason the next morning I have developed something of a sore throat and a cough. I was wondering why this occurred and what i can do to make it better?

this has happened due to irritation caused by the smoke. take levocetrizine , cough syrup and gargles.don't experiment again.
