Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Pain In Back Of Neck And Head

Hello Doctor, My name is Nitin. From past 2 days I am having sore throat, white stuffs in tonsiles (only right tonsil) and pain in back of the neck and head. (only half right side). Can you please let me know what is happening to me. can you please subscribe me some tablets or solution to this remedy.

This can be tonsillitis and / or sinus infection as well. You can peacefully take tab amoxycillin 500 mg for 5 days thrice a day or tab azee 1 bd for 3 days. Along with combiflam twice / thrice after meals. Use at least warm saline gargles after every meal or betaine gargles. Hope this has helped.
