Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Swollen Tonsils

I have a sore throat and thought it may be from the weather change. Tonight, it feels like strep. Swallowing is hard, I have had really dark urine, and my tonsils are very swollen with white pus bulges on them. I am a teacher, 22 yrs old, 5'6" and 150 lbs. I am also doing a detox right now for kidneys and other organs. Does this sound like strep?

Hi...
Gretings for the day...
This symptoms clearly suggestive of strep tonsillitis...follicular type...that the white pus filled crypts seen on tonsils...I recommend tab amoxicillin with clavulinic acid combination 625 mg two times a day after food for 5 days ...and paracetamol 500 mg for pain relief...get well soon ...
