General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the fever.
I also suggest using a throat spray for antibacterial properties and eardrops.
If the symptoms continue for more than five days, I suggest to see your doctor for prescription antibiotics.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
