Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat/eyes And Yellow Color On Roof Of Mouth
Hi. I have a sore throat and the roof of my mouth looks very yellow. Not a yellow film. But the skin is yellow. My eyes are also very sore, bloodshot, and irritated and I have slightly extra discharge from my eyes and even have had blurry vision for the past 3-4 days.
It appears to me that you have an acute episode of pharyngitis with an eye/lacrymal duct infection (Dacryocystitis). In my opinion you will need a course of antibiotics with anti-inflammatory medications, eye drops and antiseptic throat gargles for about 5-7 days. It is recommended that you see your primary physician or an ophthalmologist for the same.
Hope this is useful. Do let me know if you have any other concerns.
