Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat , Headache And Runny Nose

I have a sore throat which started this morning. excessive salvating, and very mild runny nose. Sneezed 3 times over the last 4 days. Have a throat coating spray for relief of pain and have use flonase by recommendation of a pharma. I am currently traveling and flew from chicago to Boston on sunday. I have also had some dietary changes and started eating many more vegan foods while traveling. Also took laxatives to aid in movement since traveling causes issues for me. Also have had headaches over the past week that i needed extra strength Excedrine to manage. Headaches haven t been a problem since Monday. Is this a cold, acid reflux(throat) or allergies? Or something else entirely?

Read your complex history which comprises of the sore throat that has just started and you have sneezing only 3 times in 4 days which is not significant at all.
Additional history of converting to more of a vegan diet, taking laxatives as you have issues in travel, headache for which you have taken extra strength Excedrine.
I seems that you have a travel related problem and I would advise you to take the medicines on symptomatic basis as nothing appears to be correlating and this may be due to combination of allergy, acid reflux if you have additional retrosternal burning , nausea or vomiting )(which you do not have).
