Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat With Swollen Tonsils

Hi! I have a sore throat and my tonsils are swollen. When I look down in my throat, the tonsils looks like cauliflower and on the left side there are large yellow-white lumps that seems to be attached. Also, when I tried to remove the lumps, I found blood on my "topz". Can you help me? I'm sorry if my english isn't the best, I'm froom Sweden!
