Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat
I have had scratchy somewhat sore throat for a while now associated with cough where i feel like i have to clear my throat and thats associated with stopped up nose at night and sometimes during the day. But the big problem is my throat where it interrupts my speech when i talk and always sounds like i have cold or sore throat

It seems like you could be having Pharyngitis with Nasal congestion and post nasal drip , You could start on steam inhalation, Warm saline gargles 3 times a day and take cough syrup expectorant would help if not improving then you could meet your local Physicain / Ent for further evaluation
