Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

i have had a sore throat for over 3months the past month i have found it hard to swallow food it gets stuck in my throat going down to my chest, i have been having pins and needles in my tongue for over 2 months, as well finding it hard to catch my breath when talking or when i have to walk.

Hi there,I had gone through your query and understand your concern.Sore Throat with long duration -3 months need evaluation.You will need blood tests like CBP,ESR.Chest Xray ,Throat swab C/S to be done before starting antibiotics.Please understand that chronic infections have to evaluated and is not safe to take medications over the counter without examination.Paracetamol 500mg twice a day can help to releive symptomatically but suggest to consult a Internal Medicine /ENT specilaist consultant at the earliest .
