Hi,

Noted your history of sore throat, difficult in swallowing, stomach issues, mood swings and so on, consulted a Doctor, blood tests. As per the history that you have provided you have not mentioned the treatment given other than the sublingual tablets and so on. Your problem looks to be related to pharyngitis of some sort. I would advise you the following in such a situation:
- Consult your Doctor and ask for throat swab examination.
- A course of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
- Throat gargles with warm saline alternate with povidone iodine.
- Liquid diet or chew the food well before you swallow.
- Plenty of oral fluids.
Discuss with mother about your psychological problems as she can tell you the best way to overcome the psychological upsets you mentioned. Complete the courses of medicines as it takes time for throat problems to get solved.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
