Suggest Treatment For Soreness Around The Rectum

my mom is 92 had 13 children, has congestive heart failure, has been constipated, we give her stool softners every other day. started dulcolax yesterday, she complains of severe raw skin around rectum...i havent seen yet but she is now wanting help. she uses wipes instead of tp. she has prep h suppository and cream. received cream from dr 2 days ago and it burns severely when she first used it. she is miserable
