Hi about 4 days ago i had sex with a old friend unprotected and he ejaculated in me and now my vagina has a red open sore which comes and go. If i put alcohol on it it slowly disappears and when i mess with it it gets bigger an have a tissue meaty texture. It doesnt itch nor hurt its just there and scaring me. My vagina also has a uncomfortable milky discharge that just comes out and feels so weird. The smell isnt bad it just i can smell it smells different. After the ejaculation i came back home and took a hot bath and douche , i usually dont do it but i felt like my girl down there seriously need it. Now its the 4th day and i see this open bump with no pain and a different smell of discharge and im freaking out. I have a bottle of doxycycline and some other antibiotic bottle i want to take it but im scared so if you can please help me i would appreciate it doctor thank you.
