Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having pain in your great toe and around it. It is likely to be gout. It occurs due to deposition of uric acid crystals in the joint tissue. So you can check your Uric acid level. It's treatment is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. If uric acid is high then it should be reduced by uricosuric drugs. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
