Hi

You seem to be developing recurring folliculitis of scalp .
This is basically a hair root infection .
Wash your hair twice a week with an antiseptic based or betadine based shampoo .
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase.
